Lavoy Had 11 children, many of them was brought in off the street and loved for.
January 26th Lavoy was heading from MNWR (Malheur National Wildlife Refuge) to a community meeting in the city of John Day, Grant County. The first video released by the FBI shows Lavoy in his truck stopped for approximately 4 mins. During this time it is reported Lavoy discusses giving up and not going to jail with his fellow passengers.
Now he takes off and after a bit he drives off the road to the left of a road block. He does almost hit a agent at the roadblock by veers to the left further off road trying to avoid him.
