Robert “LaVoy” Finicum was murdered by American Agents acting on behalf of the Government. FOR LAND. More on that later.

Lavoy Had 11 children, many of them was brought in off the street and loved for.

January 26th Lavoy was heading from MNWR (Malheur National Wildlife Refuge) to a community meeting in the city of John Day, Grant County. The first video released by the FBI shows Lavoy in his truck stopped for approximately 4 mins. During this time it is reported Lavoy discusses giving up and not going to jail with his fellow passengers.

Remarks by SAC Greg Bretzing at a Press Conference to Address the Ongoing Situation at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge

Good evening. My name is Greg Bretzing, and I am the Special Agent in Charge of the FBI in Oregon.

We have quite a bit of information to share with you tonight concerning the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

First, I would like to confirm that as of this morning one more person left the refuge through a checkpoint. We believe there are four others who currently remain on the refuge. Since the establishment of checkpoints, a total of nine people have left the refuge. Of those, the FBI released six and arrested three.

Secondly, I would like to confirm that the FBI and Oregon State Police have narrowed the containment zones. This was done to make it more convenient for those who live and work in the immediate area of the refuge to go about their business. To this end, Highway 205 is now open in both directions.

After Video Surfaces, Chelsea Officer Charged With Assault On A Man In Handcuffs

A Chelsea police officer pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges that he beat a handcuffed man and then lied in a police report that accused the alleged victim of resisting arrest, the Suffolk County district attorney’s office and the Chelsea police chief said in a joint statement.

Officer Felix Rivera Jr., 34, of Lynn, was suspended without pay after a videotape surfaced of him allegedly punching a handcuffed Chelsea man, who was 20 years old at the time, and who authorities did not name.

Man committed suicide in back of police car while handcuffed

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a man who killed himself following a lengthy standoff on Powers Blvd. Tuesday.

He was , 36. The sheriff’s office says he also went by the name Manuel Martinez Mejia.

El Paso County Sheriff Bill Elder said Mendoza shot himself after having been searched, handcuffed and placed in the back seat of a deputies’ squad car.

“It’s tough. These guys getting pretty invested sitting out here that long,” said Elder. “This is not the outcome we were after.”

A police officer who killed a man in Cincinnati during a traffic stop has been indicted for murder, the Hamilton County prosecutor said today, noting, “This was the purposeful killing of another person.”

“I’ll put a hole right through your head,” Detective Stephen Lebert

A Medford police officer is on administrative leave after he was recorded threatening a driver during a traffic stop Sunday night.

“I’ll put a hole right through your head,” Detective Stephen Lebert is heard telling the driver, who recorded the heated encounter on his dashboard camera.

In the video uploaded to YouTube the driver explains that he made a wrong turn on an unfamiliar rotary at Winthrop and High streets.

California suspect beaten by police files claim against city

An assault suspect who was beaten with batons by police in a central California city during a videotaped arrest that was posted online has filed a claim against the city, the local Monterey County Herald newspaper reported on Thursday.

Police in the city of Salinas said 28-year-old Jose Velasco had been assaulting his mother on the street when officers used batons and Tasers to subdue him.

A passing motorist caught the June 5 incident on video and posted it to YouTube. The video, which has logged hundreds of thousands of views, showed five officers pinning him to the ground and repeatedly striking him with batons.

Conyers Georgia, K9 overheats, dies in locked police car

The Conyers Police Department says it’s mourning the death of one of its K-9s, who died after being left in a car.

Zane, a 5-year-old bloodhound, was found dead in his handler’s car around 5 p.m. Thursday at the handler’s house in Rockdale County. Police say the dog was inside the squad car for seven hours.

“He was just a friendly dog. You kind of wanted to go up and pet him, because just the way he looked,” said Conyers Police Chief Gene Wilson.

Gardena CA. police shoot and kill one suspect, wound another with line of fire.

The day after the release of videos showing Gardena police officers shooting two unarmed men, one fatally, the survivor and the deceased victim’s brother called for a deeper investigation into the Gardena Police Department.

The brother of Ricardo Diaz Zeferino, who was killed in the 2013 shooting, spoke in front of the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building in Los Angeles on Wednesday as he clutched a copy of a photo of him and his brother.

San Antonio Tx Vet arrested for open carry

This is not a matter of the cop is wrong blah blah blah…

I have dug deeply in to the laws and found this man did violate a City Statute.

Now I do understand that the differences between loaded and unloaded can mean life or death. But the fact remains it is illegal in San Antonio, TX. to carry a loaded rifle.
